I ate a lot of raw oysters today 🦪🦪
The sauces were ponzu, lemon, Tabasco ketchup, gochujang sauce, olive oil salt parsley, buldak sauce, and momiji oroshi ponzu ✨
All of them were delicious sauces that brought out the flavor of the raw oysters 💕
My favorites are ponzu and gochujang sauce.
Ponzu makes the oysters very refreshing.
The gochujang sauce is sweet and spicy and makes you want to eat more 😋
It went by in a flash as I tried different sauces ✨
I’d like to eat fresh and large raw oysters again next year ♡
