Long Chantilly is a dessert from Audrey, a strawberry sweets specialty store♡
Strawberries wrapped in fresh cream are placed on top of cookies and coated with chocolate✨
I thought it looked and tasted amazing💞, but when I ate it, the texture was also amazing♪
The chocolate was crunchy, the fresh cream was fluffy, the strawberries were crunchy, and the cookies were crisp♪
The balance of flavors was so good that I could eat as many as I wanted🍫
It looks like there’s a lot of fresh cream, but it’s just right♡
I bought this at Amour du Chocolat, a Valentine’s Day event currently being held at JR Nagoya Takashimaya✨
