Today I ate Yamaokaya’s Special Miso Ramen 🍜❤️
Yamaokaya is a very popular ramen restaurant in Japan right now.
It’s pronounced “Ya-ma-o-ka-ya”♪
I found their instant ramen being sold, so I decided to try it♪
They had Soy Sauce, Special Miso, and Spicy Miso flavors. After looking it up, Special Miso seemed the most popular, so I chose that♡
For toppings, I added chashu pork, seasoned egg, spinach, nori seaweed, shredded green onions, sesame seeds, grated garlic, and pork back fat✨
The spinach was especially delicious♡
It’s not spicy.
The noodles were thick and chewy, and it was a rich pork bone–based miso ramen😋
Someday I’d love to visit a real Yamaokaya restaurant♪
