Today, I had Rose Tteokbokki 🧡
Rose Tteokbokki is a pink-colored Korean rice cake dish that combines the spiciness of chili peppers with the richness of fresh cream, popular in Korea ✨
In addition to tteokbokki, it includes dangmyeon (glass noodles), sausages, bacon, and a soft-boiled egg 🥚
The soft-boiled egg is perfectly cooked♪
I also added kim mari (deep-fried glass noodles wrapped in seaweed).
It’s spicy yet creamy, making it irresistibly delicious 😋
I especially enjoyed the gummy-like texture of the dangmyeon♪
For drinks, I had Calpis soda 🥤
