Today I had somen noodles, salmon noodles, and cheese tamagoyaki♪
I prepared plenty of condiments for the somen noodles.
I topped them with myoga, shiso leaves, ginger, and okra✨
I had bought green onions, but…I forgot😓
But it was refreshing and delicious😋
I dipped both the somen noodles and salmon noodles in noodle soup.
It was a new discovery for me that salmon can be so delicious just by dipping it in noodle soup for a moment🫢✨
It was even more delicious when mixed with the egg yolk👍
The cheese tamagoyaki went well with the somen noodles♪
