✨Algerian Bourak 🇩🇿 is a crispy, golden pastry filled with savory meat or vegetable stuffing. It’s one of the most beloved dishes during Ramadan but can be enjoyed anytime as an appetizer or snack. Wrapped in thin pastry sheets called dioul, it’s fried to perfection for a crunchy outside and juicy filling inside✨
Ingredients used:
– Dioul Pastry Sheets ( or Spring Roll Wrappers )
– 2 Boiled Potatoes
– 1 Large Onion ( Finely Chopped )
– Minced Chicken Breast
– Parsley ( Finely Chopped )
– Sliced Green Olives
– Cheese ( Optional )
– Salt
– Black Pepper
– Cumin
– 📣 Heat the oil well, then reduce to medium heat and start fryin, plus i recommend adding some lemon or lime juice on top before eating for the extra flavor.
