Today, I had the trending salmon salad (Sriracha Mayo Salmon) 🐟🧡
It’s a dish made by mixing diced raw salmon with Sriracha sauce, mayonnaise, and tobiko.
Sriracha sauce is a spicy sauce originating from Thailand, made by adding vinegar, garlic, sugar, and salt to a base of red chili peppers.
It tastes like a very spicy sweet chili sauce!
Adding Buldak sauce or lemon to your liking makes it even more delicious ♡
This time, I prepared normal, Buldak sauce, mentaiko, lemon, and tobiko MAX flavors♪
It’s fun to have different tastes ✨
I especially liked the normal and Buldak flavors 😋
