Tandoori Chicken Burgers (Air Fryer Recipe)

-Ingredients:

-For the Chicken:

Chicken breast (cut into thin slices)
Salt (to taste)
Red chilli flakes
Turmeric powder
Cumin powder
Vinegar
Soy sauce
Grated garlic
Tandoori masala

-For the Burger Assembly:

Burger buns
Cheese slices
Cucumber (sliced)
Onion (sliced)
Bell peppers (sliced)
Lettuce
Ketchup (or sauce of your choice)

-Instructions:

-Marinate the Chicken:

In a bowl, mix the chicken slices with salt, red chilli flakes, turmeric, cumin, vinegar, soy sauce, grated garlic, and tandoori masala.
Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes (longer gives better flavor).

-Cook the Chicken:

Preheat air fryer to 195°C (383°F).
Place marinated chicken slices in the basket.
Cook for 10 minutes on each side (total 20 minutes) until golden and cooked through.

-Prep the Vegetables:

Slice cucumber, onion, bell pepper, and lettuce for topping.

-Assemble the Burger:

Toast the burger buns.
Place a cheese slice on the bottom bun.
Add the cooked chicken breast.
Top with fresh veggies.
Drizzle ketchup or your favorite sauce.
Cover with the top bun and serve warm!
