Used kameda crisps as the breading, it turned out to be a very exciting looking fried chicken 😊
Unlike the first installment’s fried tempura scraps fried chicken, this one has more of a snack-like feel, but when dipped in green onion ponzu sauce, it’s a perfect side dish for rice!
