🧾 Ingredients
For Boiling:
• I kg boneless chicken
• 500g Chickpeas (soaked for overnight )
• 1 onion (roughly chopped)
• 3–4 garlic cloves
• 1-inch ginger piece
• 2 green chilies
• 1 tsp red chili powder
• ½ tsp turmeric powder
• 1 tsp cumin seeds
• 1 black cardamom, 3–4 peppercorns, 1 cinnamon stick
• Salt to taste
• 2 cups water
For Mixing:
• 1 small onion (finely chopped)
• 2 tbsp coriander leaves, 1 tbsp mint leaves
• 1–2 green chilies (chopped)
• 1 egg
• Juice of ½ lemon
For Frying:
• 1 egg (for coating)
• Oil for shallow frying

1. Boil chicken and chickpeas with spices until tender and dry.
2. Blend to a smooth paste.
3. Mix with herbs, onion, lemon juice, and egg.
4. Shape into kebabs and shallow fry until golden.
